RSC armchair
The RSC armchair is a reinterpretation of the Roorkhee chair, created during the 19th-century to be used by the British Army campaigns in India.
Similar to the original chair, its structure is simply joined with a tongue-and-groove joint. It is neither glued nor screwed. The seat and the straps provide stability to the armchair as they apply pressure to the structure. Only two screws hold the back and allow it to swing. In the revised design, the proportions vary, new details are included and colour is added.
The result is a light, comfortable and easy to assemble and to disassemble armchair, that you can either store or take with you everywhere.
