Then C benches are made in turned beech wood with handwoven seats. The vegetable fibres, traditionally used for the seats, are replaced by Danish cord or nylon cord interwoven following different patterns.
The C benches are designed in two versions, C1 and C2. In the C2 bench the woven seat appears as a coloured layer within the wooden structure. The larger size of the C2 bench has a built-in wooden surface that can be used as a table or as a seat extension.
Its restrained design seeks a balance between the wooden structure and the woven seat.
